• EPA Certified Renovator Initial Training Classes -   Last Chance!!! Choose Mondy September 27 or Monday October 11. This is a full day course. LAA member cost is $199.00. Registration details coming soon. Per the EPA press release on 7.6.10:   EPA will not take enforcement action for violations of the rule’s firm certification requirement until October 1, 2010, and will not enforce certification requirements against individual renovation workers if they apply to enroll in certified renovator classes by September 30, 2010 and complete the training by December 31, 2010.                    Click here to visit the official EPA website.

Designates, please view the Designate Programs page to learn about the Designate Renewal Requirements. (You will first need to log on to the NAA website before choosing the Education tab, then 2010 Renewals at the top of the page.) Please note that the LAA will issue certificates upon completion of  events that are connected to Continuing Education Credits (CECs)/Professional Development Activities but the office does not track the CECs you receive each year.

  CAM 2010 - CAM CLASS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO INCLUDE A FULL DAY ON THURSDAY FEBRUARY 25 TO MAKE-UP THE MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL ISSUES CLASS THAT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER EARLIER THIS MONTH. February 9-12 and 22-24 at the LAA Offices from 9am-5pm.
