What is the LAA?
The LAA is a non-profit trade organization that promotes the professionalism and common business interests of those who own, manage, develop or supply goods and services to the multifamily residential housing industry.

How long has the LAA been in existence?
The LAA has been a professional multifamily housing organization for 38 years, with members in Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana.

Do you offer membership to tenants?
No, the LAA membership is open only to those who own, manage, develop or supply goods and services to the multifamily residential housing industry.

You can order forms through the member’s only section of our web site.

I would like to receive some information on your current membership, but I have not joined the Association yet. Can you send me a membership directory?
No. Since we are a member organization, you will receive a membership directory once you join the LAA and pay your membership dues.
